Adobe Flash Player Crashs frequently
When viewing anything through Firefox that uses Adobe Flash Player, after about 15 minutes
I get the Adobe Flash Player crash screen, other times audio stops working. This happens all the time.
I have 64-bit Win7 O/S. From what I hear my Firefox must be a 32 bit version as they do not make a 64 bit version. So does this mean I need a 32 or 64 bit Flash?
The crash happens with Firefox in safe mode and it happens using Explorer 9 64 bit. Seems I can't win.

The flash player often has stability and security problems. For that reason it is important to make sure it is always updated. Just make sure you have done the last updates. Also make sure firefox is uptodate. Normally it should check for current versions of it's add-ons including the flash player whenever you start FF, and then you should also accept to update when it tells you about their availability. If it doesn't do that check it's settings under add-ons.
