It depends on whether they use the same jacks as the normal PSU's do. I once had to work on one which didn't have the same jack, and there it wouldn't have worked. But that doesn't mean it's the same with all of them, as they have many different models of their barebone PC's, and most of them have different PSU models.

I have a Shuttle PC that is doing weird things and I suspect it is the power supply. Due<br />
to it's size is uses a non standard unit. Is it safe to plug a standard desktop one in<br />
