Error with joomla / php

Help me with this nightmare please. I manually downloaded php, mysql, apache and ultimately joomla 2.5 to my godaddy site. installation went great, I go to activate a module and get this:

Warning: require_once(D:\Hosting\8061686\html\components\com_phocadownload\helpers\route.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\Hosting\8061686\html\plugins\content\phocadownload\phocadownload.php on line 16

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'D:\Hosting\8061686\html\components\com_phocadownload\helpers\route.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in D:\Hosting\8061686\html\plugins\content\phocadownload\phocadownload.php on line 16

I just want to get my site going so I can start monetizing it. I'm just taking so much time with the set up I can't get to focusing on ads, etc.

Please help

Hi, does the issue occur only with the Phoca download module, or with all modules?

Can you see the phocadownload.php when you ftp to the site?

I just completely deleted the whole Phoca thing, primarily because when I sent to enable a different item, I got the phoca error. So its gone.

NOW when I click a link to set parameters, I get "You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (page #)" I've cleared cache, checked in/out, published/unpub, everything, but I get this $)T#()#*@ error. I've used Joomla in the past but I swear I've never had this many issues!!
You haven't had multiple admin pages open have you?

Have you tested using a different browser? (probably have tried this!)
Hi Yorkshire, ultimately I cleared the cache, closed everything browsers etc. then went in again and links appeared to respond. All this is after I walked away for about an hour, as I was prepared to sling my laptop into the wall.
