Printing from Solaris 9 (CUPS) to a Windows shared network printer

I have a Solaris 9 server on a different domain than my Windows servers. I need to create a print queue on the Solaris server that points to a Windows network shared printer. I've attached my cupsd.conf file for troubleshooting. If i could just get to the CUPS web interface, i think I'll be set? Right now, i can't bring up that interface and just get a page not found error. Help PLEASE!!!!

I employ CUPS just for printing through networked (via print server) printers via samba, so I have no suggestions for your specific problem other than suggesting you use the Request Attention link below your question and ask the moderator[s] to add the Linux Printing and Solaris Unix topic areas to your question, if you are unable to add them yourself (I'm not sure the interface will allow you to add them once someone - i.e. me - has posted a reply).

RobMobility - the first article was perfect.  However - I can finally browse to http://servername:631 but when I try to click on Administration or to Add a Printer, I'm getting the Forbidden page. Please note though i wasn't able to do the following in that article:  "Next, set the CUPS root password (saved in file /opt/sfw/cups/etc/cups/passwd.md5). This password may be the same or different from your UNIX root password. Set it with this command:
/opt/sfw/cups/bin/lppasswd -g sys -a root "

I just get "lppasswd: Sorry, password rejected.
Your password must be at least 6 characters long, cannot contain
your username, and must contain at least one letter and number."

I can assure you my password meets the criteria.

Also, just to reiterate if I hadn't done so. I need to access the interface from my PC or another that is not on the same domain and under my own credentials. I'll even go so far as to say no authentication would necessarily be required.
