.net update causes warning optimization service
Hello All, .NET updates applied and Warning received in Windows 7 Enterprise OS.
.NET Runtime Optimization Service (2.0.50727.5466) - Version or flavor did not match with repository: Microsoft.Security.Applica
I have researched this warning and have found nothing helpful. This warning happens with a wide variety of .net updates. I tested by adding the updates one at a time with reboots between, but the warning did not show up immediately. They updates applied - 1. KB2789645, 2. KB2737019, 3. KB2789642, 4. KB2729452, 5. 2742599, 6. 2756921, 7. 2736428, 8. KB2736422,
Is this warning something that I need to be concerned about? It seems to report the warning after the updates are installed and system rebooted...but not again.
