Hide log in screen information

I work for a non profit religious agency. We have many people serving in and traveling in and out of countries that we prefer to remain secure in. We are not involved in any illegal activities but religious freedom is not the same everywhere in the world as it is here in the good ole USA. Those of my office staff who travel still sign on to their domain account when they sign on the their computer. Obviously they are not connected to the domain when they are offsite, at least not at the sign on page but Windows allowing the signing on to your domain account even if you are not connected to your domain. The challenge for us is that our domain name identifies they type of agency that we are. When the laptop boots up you get the Windows sign on screen with an image that looks similar to this in the middle of the page.

Is there a way to rename/disguise the domain name field to display as something else while actually pointing to our domain?

That does make it less obvious but the domain name is still displayed.

All of the above are answers that give me some help, but there is really no easy answer. The hidden partition is probably the only way I could go that would offer total security, but for now I am probably going to enable the Interactive Logon to at least minimize the footprint of the log on screen. Thanks for your help.
