outlook/exchange certificate error message

I have an SBS 2008 server and I have been getting an error message in relation to a certificate. I get this message on the internal network three or four times a day or when you open Outlook. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue is appreciated. I am a novice on exchange. I know that I can purchase a certificate for exchange when Outlook is been used outside of the office but this error message is internal. See attached picture.

I appreciate your answer. I have not had this issue before, it just started popping up. I have done 4 or 5 installations so far. This is the first time that I have this issue. Normally when i purchase a certificate for an external connection, I use the name of the external connection (e.g. remote.mydomain.com). What name then should I use for internal connection then? Is there something not done right that this server is asking to install a certificate?
The same name is used internally and externally.
If you have done multiple installations then I am surprised that you haven't seen this before because it isn't anything new - this is a five year old product we are talking about.

As long as you install the certificate via SBS then SBS will setup DNS etc so that the same name is used internally and externally.

Simon.
I will try tonight  and let you know. Thank you for following up. I appreciate it.
Finally had time to get to this. Purchased certificate from Certificates for Exchange and it fixed the issue. thank you very much for your help. I know it took a long time to get back to this.
Thank you again.
