You want an editor. &nbsp;Foxit software make a PDF editor for about $100 and of course, Adobe have Acrobat Standard for about $200.<br />

I think Adobe is the standard and also the best PDF editor around. I use Adobe Standard myself. I have Version 11 on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and it is troublefree.<br />
<br />
I use some Foxit products (not their editor) and they make good software as well. <br />
<br />
I do not know of any good free PDF editors, although Microsoft Office has PDF capabilities built in.<br />
