I created a new Profile and brought that up and then did the restore and it seems to have worked. &nbsp;Do you know a way to copy an email configuration from one profile to another?<br />

I had four email addresses in my old profile, 2 Exchange and 2 Pop3. &nbsp;I created a new Profile with the 2 Exchange accounts and I'm trying to figure out how to move the two POP3 accounts (because I can't remember the passwords). &nbsp;Anyway, thank you for your help!<br />

I whacked my hosted exchange account and at the point of realization I made a backup of each of my main email accounts to a pst file.<br />
I had to recreate the boxes on the host site, and a new profile locally. &nbsp;The creation went fine and then tried to proceed to restore my backups from the pst file and on the big account (55 meg pst file) it seems to be stuck in restoring my folders and sub-folders.<br />
Do I need to give it more time or something else?<br />
