So what I need it do, is see if Value-b on Sheet 2 exists, and then if it does, Sheet1 C, create value-c - if it doesnt exist, leave it empty.<br />

The value's will not match up row by row, so the function would need to look at every value in the column independent of the sort order (hope that makes sense).<br />
