I have a CISCO switch model WS-C3560X-24P-S. I have tried to reset it to default factory settings with procedures listed by CISCO, including holding the Mode button longer to go into Express Setup. However, it still intializes flashfs and continues its normal setup. It may be a hardware malfunction, but I just wanted to make sure there was not another solution.
