Outlook.com and IMAP?

Hi,

I've started to use Outlook.com, and really like it.

But I do wish I could access it via the IMAP protocol and not POP3. Do you think IMAP will be implemented in the near future?

I've also heard that MS uses something called Deltasync instead? Does it provide the same functionality as IMAP?

I am using Outlook 2010.

So Active Sync works in a similar fashion to IMAP? And I suppose you have to have the 2013 version to utilize it?
Yes and Yes (actually I think it is closer to Exchange than IMAP)
