Exchange 2010 DAG error after enabling and disabling Circular Logging
Experts-
We recently enabled and then disabled circular logging for 2 Database to truncate the logs. Long story short our Backup application has been having issues truncating the logs and we have been working with the vendor to resolve this, but in the meantime needed to free up some space.
The application logs shows this error every few minutes:
RPC request to the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service for log truncation failed for database DB01\Exchange. Error: 4294965485.
We have 2 mailbox servers that are part of a DAG, from what we can see the event is only occuring on the passive copy? We have tried dismounting and then remounting but the error returns. We have also tried simply suspending the seeding and then resuming.
Does anyone have any suggestions, should we delete the passive copy and then re-seed the database?
Any and all suggestion welcome.....

I ended up up finding the solution, it was to take a full backup. Will award points anyway thanks
