Exchange 2013 Outlook Anywhere Settings & Recieve Connectors

I recently setup my first exchange 2013 server and its running, but I am unsure on a few things:

-There are multiple recieve connectors in Exchange 2013 - are they all needed enabled for a basic setup?  Also if anymous is checked on all of those does it pose a security threat?

-Outlook Anywhere has the names server.domain.local under the HTTPS settings in outlook, is that incorrect even though it still works?
