Disable automatic updates on a workstation in SBS 2008 environment

We have an SBS 2008 server.  After hours we have two workstations that run an overnight export process.  Occasionally the automatic Windows Updates restart the workstations and disrupt the overnight data export.  Is there a way to disable the automatic updates on the two workstations and run them manually?  I believe the Group Policy on the SBS 2008 server is preventing the user at the workstation from changing the automatic update setting.

Thank you for the quick reply and the link dstewartjr.  I was hoping to apply the change to just the two specific PC's that run the overnight export that way all the other PC's would automatically update and restart each night.  The link you provided will work for now.  After reading through it the option 4 - Auto download and schedule the install along with the sub-option a. No auto-restart for scheduled Automatic Update installations might be my best choice.  It appears this option would automactically download and install the updates and then prompt the user for restart at their convenience.  Thanks again!
