After trying several different mice, turning off Scroll lock on the OSK, and inside Excel and Word, I am only able to scroll with the wheel inside Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer and Outlook. Any suggestions? I've also reinstalled the mouse drivers and tested with different accounts. Oh yeah, try both apps in safemode and still got the same result.
