What is "ROM" Service in Windows 2003 std.
Hello,
I have a ROM Services listed in services.msc in windows 2003. This services is set for automatic start, but not running. When I manually start it, it starts and stops. The associated file with this has the link: C:\Windows\System32\romChe ckService. exe.
Also, I have a "SUA Subsystem Startup" service which behaves the same. The link to the file for SUA service is: C:\Windows\PSXRUN.EXE.
Can someone please inform as to what these services are for and why they should be set for Automatic start and why they don't stay running.
Regards,
Bill
