Cannot start outlook. the application is not properly registered
Hello experts,
I hope you can help me out.
Situation:
Windows 2008r2 STD Hyper-v server
Virtual:
Windows server SBS 2003
Windows 2008r2 STD RSA server
Windows 2003r2 SP2 with Citrix
On Citrix Office Professional Plus 2007
Problem: Everything Works fine except:
When a citrix user tries to directly send a word document form within word, it comes with the following error: Cannot start outlook. The application is not properly registered
Direct starting outlook works normal.
And with the administrator account it Works fine.
It did work for about one year normally.
So far tried the following:
_Reinstalled Office Pro
_Give Users or Domain Users permissions to the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Softwar e\Microsof t\Office
_New user
_Make user member of administrator Group
_Citrix server out and in domain.
This Works:
_Make user member of domainadminstrator Group
So anyone??
I hope you can help me out.

I think the Outlook is properly published in the Citrix server under the right permissions, outlook and word start normally but outlook will not start from within word.
