how unload mails from a subfolder with thunderbird

hi

i have a pop mail named c.macias@globalogistics.com.mx

here the user have a subfolder named arojas

could i unloand the messages saved on this subfolder?

anyone could say me how can i do it?

no ..i didn't it

i only configure this account at my thunderdird client, but it only unload input box

it dont unload folder "arojas"

i créate manuallly folder "arojas" to test if it could help me to unload all mails

but it didn't run

What exactly do you mean wirh "unload"?

copy the message stored at mail server in the folder arojas, to my thunderbird client at my pc

hi...i contact to my isp , and they tell me configuration fotr imap and it was fine for me

Buen día, para configurar sus cuentas de correo. Los datos de los servidores serian los siguientes:

Protocolo IMAP

Servidor de correo Entrante IMAP: mail.(nombre de su dominio)
Puerto: 143

Servidor de correo Saliente SMTP: mail.(nombre de su dominio)
Puerto: 587 (este puerto requiere de autenticación por contraseña)

NOTA: ninguno de los puertos requiere de una conexión segura SSL.
