Citrix application popup wont show in FRONT of app

Hi - I'm running Sage ACT! 2012 on a Citrix server using Citrix Receiver on a Windows 7 PC. When I open the software and go to a task, such as add a contact to a group, as soon as i click on "add user to group" it freezes, as if the popup to add the user is BEHIND the main application. I have a feeling that the popup is maybe full screen and needs to be resized, and cant be minimized, or brought to the front of the application. I've looked around for keys to type to bring the popup to the front to resize it, but the keystrokes are only affecting my windows machine, NOT the citrix app. Any help would be appreciated!

Try the application in non-seamless mode and see if that helps. YOu can change the screen to non-seamless on the web interface preferences settings. Just play around the screen size on it and check.

Also, as a quick workaround when the popup goes behind, clicking on the 'Show Desktop' in Windows 7 (the far most right button next to the time and date on the task bar) brings the popup to the front.
Have you tried Alt-Tab to see if it's a different task?

All of the above would work in Windows, but this a Citrix app. Show desktop, alt tab. Only show Windows outside of the Citrix session
Are you sure you have tried it? Because I have experienced this exact thing - when I open a third dialogue and it gets behind all apps I can't get it back to the surface; however, on clicking on 'Show Desktop' everything gets minimized except for that dialogue where it appears again.

Anyway, if you don't want a workaround or it doesn't work for you, I think you have two routes to go (perhaps three with basraj's suggestions):

1. Start with this simple route. Install the latest Citrix Receiver on your Windows 7 client machine. Or if you have the latest, you might want to test with previous versions of the receiver or citrix plugin to see whether they best suit ACT's development.

2. Read this great article which explains why such issues happen and how to go about tackling the issue to resolution:
