CRM Solution for a small business

Hi,
We are a small business (4 full time users) which organises courses and conferences which requires an up-to-date CRM solution that will allow us to store contacts (up to 100,000) with a number of user defined fields and marketing capabilities. I also need remote access via tablets and smartphones.

Currently we have CABC's Maximizer from I think 2002. This does its job but is not compatible with anything 64bit and we need a new server and client PCs.

I could upgrade this software but it has a huge limiting factor in the marketing bit - it only allows email shots to go to one email address. Many many of our customers have 2 email address and I don't want to have 2x records per person!

Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

you could look at sage CRM (have both on-premises and cloud) and also Zoho CRM (cloud) which fairly cheap to other products.
