First of all there is not NT Service object, there is a Network Service. Is that what you mean?<br />
Also, the properties on the services account for the Windows Event Log is greyed out. I can't make changes??<br />

I can't start my event viewer in Windows 2008 to look at errors. I get a Windows could not start the Windows Event logs service Error 5: Access is denied.<br />
Someone changed a GPO on the server, and they don't remember what they changed. So now it won't start.<br />
Suggestions on what settings to look at?
