First thing to try is to test memory...
e.g. download memtest86+ , burn it to cd, boot from it, and run it for couple of passes (preferably overnight). If there are any errors, memory probably needs to be replaced.

Did you put a new hard drive in the laptop or a used one?
Are you still able to boot into Safe Mode or not? If you are try the following steps. Go into safe mode and open Command Prompt by performing the following steps.
1. Click Start>Run
2. In the run box type in "cmd" without the quotes
3. From there type in "chkdsk c: /f" without the quotes. It will tell you it needs to do so on the next reboot. Allow it to do so and let it run its course. Report back with what you find.
If you are unable to boot into safe mode then try to boot off of the Windows XP disk again and go through the setup/install and be sure to do a Full NTFS format (Do not perform a quick format) and see if you get the same results.

DamjanDemsar: I've download and there was no errors. Runnit via a USB.
MHMAdmins: The install CD is an upgrade copy of windows XP. I've deleted all the partitions and I did a quick NTFS.
BigPapaGotti: I've put 2 hard drives used, I've deleted the partitions, create a new partitions Long NTFS (Not a quick) and it stop at 35 minutes. So i've removed these drives , and i've put back the orginal one.
Yes, i'm able to boot in safe mode, i can go to start etc... I will do the chkdsk c: /f

You probably have either a bad disk or a bad optical drive. Can you get hold of another XP disk and try that? I'd also try a different optical drive if you experience the same problems with a new CD.

Hello,
What do you mean by bad disk and bad optical drive? Are you talking about my hard drive?

I would think of memory problems, too. Musn't be defective, could be simply disharmony with the mainboard/chipset and/or with each other.
If you use more than one RAM brick from different brands, try to just use one of 'em (if that provides enought memory for the installation). If it doesn't help, try another of the bricks. Don't mix brands. Try another brand. If possible, try to lend some working bricks from a friend.
If running memory tests, be sure to use the most exhaustive test available - but be aware that it might run very, very long (possibly days, depending on processor speed, memory size and test design).
