Receiving cases from CRM 4.0 when accepting a case

it’s possible that when someone here at The company accepts a CRM case, if you can somehow have CRM or C360 send an email to the individual who accepted the case?.  I know now when a customer sends in a case, they receive an Acknowledgement email saying that The company has received the case.

May I clarfiy your question? Are you asking for CRM to send a user an e-mail when they accept a case? What steps does the user perform to accept the case?

Well, the user goes to the queues, and click on the case and select accept case.  Immediately the case is moved to the user queue under IN PROGRESS session.

At this point I was wondering if the system would be able to send an email to the user or to the administrator stating that   (xxxx  user) accepted a case.
