Postini marking client mail as spam

We have a client who is having problems sending regular business email to domains that use Postini for message filtering. This is happening with at least 6 different companies that can't reliably receive my clients email.

After doing an MX lookup on all 6 domains, they all use Postini for filtering.

We have reverse DNS, Sender Policy Framework (SPF) and are sending outbound mail through Symantec Cloud outbound.

Any advice on resolving this? The client is losing patience with us.

Hi

To my knowledge Postini filters most of the emails based on content. I have not worked much on it. However the below threads might help you to figure out some solution.
