Can not size of BOM window in AX 2009

I have a client that when he goes into Production Order Detail then clicks on the BOM, the window starts to open normal then shrinks down to about 1" wide by 1 1/5" tall see attached file. Looks like the window needs to be stretched but can not change the size no matter what we do.

I believe it had to be something with this one person's profile, because if I log in as me it is fine if I log on as this other person it's shrunk as in the screen shot I attached. doesn't matter what machine I log in on it stays with that one profile and it's only the BOM screen. If this person logs in to our Test database it works just fine also.

Thanks hiteshgoldeneye, you are probably correct but I may need to call our consultant tomorrow as this is my first time working with AX and I have no clue to what I am doing. I do not even know what AOT is.

I tried clicking and right clicking on just about everything and the clicking on setup after setup and still did not get to where I need to be.

When you say open the form, if you mean by the form which is the little window that I get after clicking on the BOM button that doesn't open fully that doesn't work . My only options is from the File and Edit drop downs

If it turns out to be the forms design properties I will return and award the point to you.

Thanks for your help.

This is the response I received from our consultant.
"What we think is this: while changing the layout of the form using the setup feature (ie adding new columns in the overview) you turned off the 'visible' flag of the grid, so it disappeared."
