Slow Computer
I have a client's computer that is running very slowly. I have tested the hard drive with the extended Western Digital diagnostics and it passed (twice). I also ran an Ultra-X burn-in twice to test all the other components with the program reporting that all hardware is in working order. What can I do to speed the computer up? Any ideas as to what might be slowing this thing down. Any other tests or events to look for?

Most probably virii and/or root kit infections. Use appropriate programs to scan and clean (Malwarebytes Antimalware is popular with virii and Tdsskiller for root kits).
