They use an add in for ACT, however so do others in the office and no-one else has this issue. &nbsp;it is just with Outlook, not with Word, Powerpoint, etc

Another step to try is if they have cached exchange mode on their outlook profile, turn it off and see if you can print then.

We have a user that is experiencing random Outlook crashes when printing. &nbsp;It is occurring when hitting the print button, before even getting to select the printer. &nbsp;We have already tried the suggestion offered at <a href="http://www.msoutlook.info/question/247" rel="ugc">http://www.msoutlook.info/question/247</a>. &nbsp;It seemed to help however the issue occurred 2 days later. &nbsp;We just completely removed MS Office, cleaned out the folder remnants and registry entries, and re-installed. &nbsp;The problem happened again 3 days after the reload. &nbsp;This is not when printing attachments, just regular messages. &nbsp;We have the latest updates and service packs.
