Allow domain users to run specific *.exe file with admin rights. Maybe Group Policy, or?

Hello,
we have a software which is automatically update by vendor over network protocol. Anyway, when update is available, program automatically run software PatchRun..exe. Then everytime user prompt for login admin authorization.
My goal is to have for this software an exception to run by user also with admin rights.
- first I was thinking to create runas script
- but maybe would more proper to add exception into Group Policy?
But, my knowledge of Group Policy is more basic then advanced.

Can someone advise what would be a proper way, best way for solution?

Thanks in advance...

Thanks all for feedback. As non-certified softwares are allowed to be installed, I will try with Schedule Task.
