Hello,<br />
We have multiple employees who use our ACT premium 2012 in IE with no problems.<br />
But it doesn't work for 1.<br />
<br />
When she goes to create a document it tries to install the ACT Word Processor but fails.<br />

I have verified that all her settings are correct and followed the instructions at:<br />
