Blackberry activation

When a user is trying to send emails he just keeps getting this error

This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or contact your network administrator. Error is [0x8004010b-00000000-00000000]

Now even OWA isnt working
OutlookEmail ClientsWindows Server 2003

Rbarnhardt, Yes his BES account activation was failing and now his entire mailbox is down

What permissions are you asking to check ? Self permission isnt there so what else can i do and could this be a issue ?
I have checked the Allow inheritable and it got reverted back
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
