netstat log comparison date

Hi experts.

I want to know why the result of the following script starts on March 21 9:50 am:

while [ 1 ]; do
(
date
echo "CLOSE_WAIT = `netstat -na | grep CLOSE_WAIT | wc -l`"
echo "TIME_WAIT = `netstat -na | grep TIME_WAIT | wc -l`"
netstat -na
) >> /tmp/netstat.log
sleep 30    # Or 1/2 of the TCP time wait interval.
done
netstat.log
