Acer Windows 7 Won't run updates
I have an Acer desktop running Windows 7. The HD was failing so I imaged it to a new drive. The machine will boot into windows but will not run updates. I followed the help instructions but had no luck repairing the problem. I have also disabled the virus protection and attempted updates that way. No luck. Suggestions?

I ran the above tool. It did not work. Ideas? I still get the same error code. It is running service pack 1
