Exchange 2010 OWA not working - "Server Error in '/owa' Application."

I was wondering if anyone has uninstalled / reinstalled IIS on an Exchange 2010 SP1? i've been searching for 2 days now and i've tried all solutions i've come across but i'm not able to get this to work.

OWA error is "Server Error in '/owa' Application."

Anyone have any suggestions....should i / should i not reinstall IIS?

Just tried browsing from the IIS manager and is receiveing the same error. I will try and recreate the OWA virtual Directory

My EWS is not working either, any suggestions on what the command is to remove / recreate that folder?

Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory
Remove-WebServicesVirtualDirectory
New-WebServicesVirtualDirectory
