Active Directory 2003 and RODC 2008

Here is the scenario..

We have two DCs that are 2003 Active Directory and a read-only DC that is 2008 AD. This RODC is connected to the 2003DC via an IPSEC tunnel. For some reason we noticed that certain LDAP attributes are not being synchronized in the RODC - such as company and description fields. Any ideas?

What does DCDiag in verbose mode and repadmin /replsum says on server 2003. Also is DNS settings on RODC are fine. As RODC will have read only DNS, I suggest you to configure preferred DNS as Server 2003 on NIC properties.

Active Directory

Active Directory (AD) is a Microsoft brand for identity-related capabilities. In the on-premises world, Windows Server AD provides a set of identity capabilities and services, and is hugely popular (88% of Fortune 1000 and 95% of enterprises use AD). This topic includes all things Active Directory including DNS, Group Policy, DFS, troubleshooting, ADFS, and all other topics under the Microsoft AD and identity umbrella.
