Remove border in transparent image
Hi.
I have a transparent image (attached) that I would like to use in a Windows Phone 8 Live Tile.
To follow with the design guidelines the image needs to be white with no border.
How can I (or even better, you:) remove the dark border around the symbol ?
I have Paint.net
Thanks

The background is transparent and inside the arrows is white. It's the orders of the arrows I need removing.

Sorry that doesn't make sense to me? Do you mean that you want the arrows to be Transparent as well?

In photoshop I can swap one colour for another. Does Paint.net not allow you to do the same?
In fact this is what you want. Recolour.

Kind of.
Did you change the border to white as the arrows look bigger ?
If so, is it possible to change the borders to transparent so that the interior size stays the same?
