Specifying the printer name in PageSetupDialog

Hello ,

The PageSetupDialog changed between Windows versions.

Despite a dialog.AllowPrinter = true statement.

In Windows XP : the user can set the printer
In Widows 7 : he can't.

Where ( and why ... ) did Microsort hide this option ?
