I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

No.
There is no CAS Array in Exchange 2013 and one does not have to be configured. I will see if I can get that article removed.

Simon.

Sembee2 is correct and the reason the article still exists is because Microsoft has been (imho improperly) changing the name of the majority of all Exchange 2010 articles to say Exchange 2013 even though the information may not actually be relevant.  I've had multiple conversations with our partner contacts there and it's an "internal" issue.
