ppp controller t1 error RAI detected please help

i have read around and everyone seems to think its an issue on the providors side of things but i want to be sure.. is there a break down of what these errors mean.

2013-03-25 14:44:28 local7.notice x.x.x.x  40431: 040427: Mar 25 18:40:46.478: %CONTROLLER-5-UPDOWN: Controller T1 0/0/1, changed state to down (RAI detected)

i dont beleive my configs are wrong we have four t1s that are binded with a multilink with a ppp connection to a remote office. I cant seem to find much info regarding this error besides its the providor but i am looking for more then its there fault.  any info would be great thanks.

Found The problem thanks everyone tho... it wasn't the line or the configs as all routers were using esf frame formates but our telecom guy is obsessed with rj-45 extenders which He failed to mention untill i traced the line 10 ft under the raised floor... Just another day...
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
