File contains a list of multiple postcodes and names

File contains list of postcodes and suburb names where the same postcode number is often repeated with a different suburb name. The task is to extract the first postcode with corresponding suburb name and ignore subsequent same postcodes.
The result is to be a list of postcodes with no repeated postcodes. File is attached showing existing list in columns A&B and example of required list in columns D&E.
