You set up a report for P&amp;L that you like and then click on Memorize and memorize the report. You can call it up as you need and change the Date Range or whatever. I use this feature all the time and it works. <br />

It does not prompt you. You can see if you can add it to Reminders, but I need P&amp;L on demand and not to &nbsp;a schedule, so I just click on Reports, Memorized Reports when I need it. Very easy. <br />
