Monitor employee computer time
I have a salaried employee that is really taking advantage of the system. She will show up when she wants, take long lunches and leave early. This is a company that I don't actively participate in so I'm not there.
I'm looking for a program that will monitor mouse or keyboard movement. Big brushstrokes is all I'm looking for. I just want to show her a week at a glance that shows Monday she came in at 9:45, left at 11:45, came back at 2:00 and left at 3:30.
Does something like this exist?

The Timesheet Software is exactly what I'm looking for, but I can't have this particular machine go to sleep.

And:
InterGuard's Employee Monitoring:

Other timekeping software requires the employee to be honest ( using timekeeping software may coerce the employee to be honest )
HourGuard Timesheet Software
http://www.nchsoftware.com/timesheet/index.html
This software requires your employee to Click Start when they begin work, and Stop when they finish.
Time tracking software generates time sheets.
TimeScout Software

Similar to a mechanical time clock, the PunchMe program is designed for employee use to clock in and out during their work day.
