QOS on Cisco ASA

I am looking for ways to control bandwidth on ASA5510. Ideally i'd like to restrict bandwidth on an internet connection to prioritize traffic to and from certain ip ranges. Would also like to limit bandwidth for large file downloads and streaming video and prioritize application traffic and web browsing downloads.

I'm sure all this is pretty involved but would appreciate some starting points for research and basic explanations/examples ...Thanks
