Please have a read of my article, run the test on the test site, fix any errors using my article and if you get stuck, please let me know:

first, i assume you have your OWA working

2nd, i assume your activesync with other devices (just iphone have issues)
(so it you go to https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com you will pass the test)

3rd. i assume you have update your IOS to the latest

common problem will be the combination of user/password

you must setup as Activesync. NOt pop/imap (so you don't need SMTP port 25 but port 443)

let me know after you do the test exchange connectivity, at least that give us some confidence on what is happen next :)

Susan Bradley another of the SBS MVPs wrote an excellent blog post on exactly this topic
http://msmvps.com/blogs/bradley/archive/2009/04/03/iphone-sync-to-sbs-2003.aspx

If following the instructions there don't get you working, let us know what errors you're getting.

autodiscover is a common issue
Again Susan Bradley has done a great job of documenting how to properly set this up for SBS
http://msmvps.com/blogs/bradley/archive/2008/12/18/autodiscover-and-dns.aspx

You also need to make sure that Port 443 on your router is being forwarded from the Public IP to the LAN IP Address of the SBS server

why you have a autodiscover address? This is exchange 2003. It do not use autodiscover.

@Ikky786

Alanhardisty's guide is spot on. I recommend using that as a starting point and letting us know if you have any issues.

2003 has numerous issues with many newer smartphones and can be a bit fiddly so using a guide is much quicker and easier than us helping you on here step-by-step.
