Filtering SQL Trace on a job name

How can I filter SQL profiler trace so it only caputers information on particular jobs running?

If by "jobs" you mean the ObjectName, first, make sure you've added that in your column selections.

Then you can click on Column Filters and select ObjectName. Add the particular jobs into the LIKE list (open the + sign).

ASKER

I added a column ObjectName and in column filters added thye job name to the LIKE clause. Then I started the trace and ran the job, and stopped the trace after the job finished. There was nothing captured in column ObjectName, it was blank
