Excel 2010 extract

I have this huge excel spreadsheet with names. I only want to extract the first and last names.
For example it looks like this:
Brown, John C.
Hugo, Armstrong K
Matto, Sam
Mellow, vickie
Smith-Dorr, Frances
Lim, Fred J.

And I would like the following:
Brown, John
Hugo, Armstrong
Matto, Sam
Mellow, vickie
Smith-Dorr, Frances
Lim, Fred

Thanks

The suggested formula requires Excel 2007 or later (for IFERROR). It is looking for a space following a comma. The comma may be followed by a single space (or not).
