Cannot see Airport Express on Windows 7

I have successfully configured the Airport Express to connect to my wireless network. I've installed the Airport Express utility on Windows 7 to do this. The utility is running. But I can't figure out how to connect my sound output to the AirPort Express. I purchased Aerodrom but that doesn't see it either. Everything is current and all updates installed. Rebooted. Nothing.

Any ideas?

I have since found out that Aerodrom does not advertise that it can stream to Airport Express.
