Excel VBA > show only lines that match conditional formatting

In Excel 2007, I used conditional formatting to color in red the font of the lines that match a custom formula.

How can I set a filter in VBA that show only the lines that were conditional formatted?

n_swapnil: it filters by font color so it's an indirect method.
Is there a direct method that filters by applied condition?

Assuming your Conditional formatting is formula driven, replicate the formula in a spare column.

If replicated correctly, the result in the column will be TRUE or FALSE. You can then filter on that column.
