IIS Log assistance needed

I have a project that I'm working on where I have an IIS 7 webserver running SharePoint Foundation 2010 and I need to grab the IPs of whoever access the site. I have the logs setup correctly as far as I can tell but the best I can do is set it update every hour. The problem I have is, I need to be able to see the log update in realtime or at leaste be able to hit f5 over and over again while I'm watching the log. Any help or suggestions of a setting I can try of of any 3rd party tool that would do it would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,

Hello,

You can look at free version of Smarterstats to parse log files to see details on web traffic and set it to parse every hour or so.
