how can i fix my mac table 6509
So we have two 6509s. but it seems like the mac tables are all messed up. i get that if there is a switch on the other side of a connection it will see all the other devices but some of my single ports don't match up to the correct mac of the asset that it is currently connected to even though it is dynamic or they are only connected to one server and they have two entries in the mac table. any thoughts

I don't follow you. Can you provide output showing what you mean?

I can tomorrow .... but pretty much my Mac table says I have xxxxxxxx in port 2 then the next like says xxxxooooo in port 2 where one of the two will be correct or has a completely different MAC address unrelated to what is plugged in to that port.
Any update?
